Our Mission

Love God. Love People.

Jesus replied, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

We believe we are all made in the likeness of God and that we are called to treat everyone we meet as though they are Jesus. God sent his Son to live amongst us to show us how to love, to have compassion and be inclusive to all. It is always easy to welcome people but the important part of being church is to make people feel included without overwhelming them. Our mission as a church is to strive to live out these instructions from God, following Jesus’ example.

What We Believe

We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things and exists as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe we are saved by God’s grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repenting, believing and receiving Jesus as their Saviour and Lord. The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, justifies and adopts us as we enter the kingdom of God as His sons and daughters.

As a Uniting Church, we believe in uniting people. We offer friendship and a welcoming place to explore life’s questions together.

Our Ministry Leaders

Anne had been attending Trinity for over 20 years when she and the congregation felt she was being called to become Pastor 7 years ago. Before ministry Anne was a hairdresser and she believes this is where her passion for pastoral care began. Over the years it became obvious that every client who had their hair done had a story and struggle they just wanted to share with someone. As well as her pastor studies, she has completed courses in mental health, working with people with disabilities and clinical pastoral education. Anne’s favourite part of her job is getting to share people’s life stories.

LEESA STORYConnect Youth Coordinator
Leesa has been attending Trinity since she was born. One of Leesa’s fondest childhood memories was attending a kids club and she was disappointed that the next generation of children were missing out. So in 2008 she decided to change that and founded Trackside Kids. 7 years later some of the kids weren’t kids anymore and Connect Youth was born! Leesa is passionate about creating positive and safe environments for teenagers and helping them to realise that they are loved for who they are and learn how to show that to others too. You’ll also see Leesa at CCCC on Monday nights.
